注水泵在油气田采出水处理中的应用

摘　　要：文章详细介绍了油气处理站的采出水水平注水泵泵轴正品滚动轴承经常磨损失效,导致泵壳振动增大,离心叶轮导壳磨损失效损坏,排气量减少,进而导致关井停产等事件的发生,更新改造后的实际效果优良,符合应用规定,显示了注水泵在油气采出水处理中的应用和实际效果,表明技术创新有利于现场工业生产,提升设备效率,回注了处理后的废水。This article introduces the genuine rolling bearing of pump shaft in oil and gas treatment station,increases vibration,centrifugal impeller wear,reduces the exhaust,completes well shutdown,shows the application and effect ofinjection pump in application regulations,shows that the technological innovation is conducive to site industrial production,improves equipment efficiency,and injects the treated wastewater.
