摘 要:以滤纸、硅酸钠(Na_(2)SiO_(3)·9H_(2)O)、氯化铝(AlCl_(3)·6H_(2)O)和氢氧化钠(NaOH)为原料,原位合成Y型沸石/纤维素复合材料(NaY/FP),通过与锌、铜混合溶液进行离子交换,得到无机抗菌材料(ZnY&CuY/FP)。通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、扫描电镜(SEM)和热重分析(TGA)对制备材料进行表征,结果表明沸石与滤纸完整复合,滤纸上原位合成的沸石为Y型沸石,直径小于500 nm,复合材料中负载的沸石约占总质量的20 wt%。用大肠杆菌对复合材料抗菌性能进行探究,制备的复合材料具有良好且持久稳定的抗菌性能,杀菌效果达到99%。Using filter paper,Na_(2)SiO_(3)·9H_(2)O,AlCl_(3)·6H_(2)O and NaOH as raw materials,we prepared Y-type zeolite/cellulose composites in situ by the filter paper immersed in the precursor solution of synthetic zeolite.The inorganic antibacterial material(ZnY&CuY/FP)was obtained by ion exchange with the mixed solution of zinc and copper.The prepared materials were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),X-ray fluorescence spectrum(XRF),scanning electron microscope(SEM),and thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA).The results show that the zeolite and filter paper were successfully combined together.The zeolite produced on the filter paper was a Y-type zeolite with a size of about 500 nm.The zeolite loaded in the composite material accounts for about 20%of the total mass.When E.coli was used to test its antibacterial properties,the composite material shows excellent,long-lasting and stable antibacterial properties,and its sterilization effect reaches 99%.
