摘  要:航空产品具有种类多、批量小、混线加工的特点。为有效降低数控加工前人为因素对产品质量的影响,提出了通过防错装置与预设数控防错NC程序防差错相结合的一种工艺防差错方法。在数控加工前,刀具执行与防差错装置相匹配的预设检测运动,可有效实现差错判定与预防。对3种接触式防错装置和防错装置实现防差错的机理进行了阐述,并以案例分析的方式,对固定、非固定位置的防错装置实现数控防差错技术进行了讲解。该项技术可检测、识别数控加工前程序原点、刀具直径、根部R、Z值输入信息的正确性,具有较好的推广潜力和市场价值。Aviation products had many characteristics like many kinds,small batch,and mixed line machining.In order to effectively reduce the influence of predecessors on product quality,a process error proofing method combining error proofing device with preset NC program was proposed.Before NC machining,the tool implemented the preset detection motion matched with the error prevention device,which could effectively realized error determination and prevention.It was expounded that the mechanism of three kinds of contact-type error proofing devices and error proofing devices,and it was explained that the numerical control error proofing technology of fixed and non-fixed position error prevention devices by case analysis.This technology could detect and identify the correctness of input information of program origin,tool diameter and root R and Z values before NC machining,which had good popularization potential and market values.
