摘 要:特种车辆的车载发电系统需要保证复杂工况下的可靠性、稳定性,其性能要求日益提高。车载自发电相比柴油发电机,具有功耗低、噪声小、机动性强的优点,可以实现行驶或驻车过程中的稳定交流输出。针对一种用于特种车辆的新型车载自发电系统,从总体参数指标入手,介绍了车载自发电装置设计的重点要素。论述了发电机组、电源转换器等关键部分的设计思路,解释了重要零部件的设计依据。最后根据车载取力发电的优势,分析了本方案的便捷性和前景。The on-board power generation system of special vehicles needed to ensure the reliability and stability under complex conditions,so its performance requirements have been increasing.Compared with diesel generator,on-board auto generator had the advantages of low power consumption,low noise and strong mobility,which could achieve stable AC output during driving or parking.In view of a new type of on-board automatic power generation system for special vehicles,we started from the overall parameters,it was introduced that the key elements of the design of on-board automatic power generation device.Mainly we discussed the design ideas of key parts such as generator set and power converter,and explained the design basis of important parts.Finally,according to the advantages of vehicle power generation,the convenience and prospect of this scheme were analyzed.
