摘　　要：为了提高现有除雪除冰方法的效率,克服道路损伤大、费时费力的缺点,通过分析吹风机吹干头发的工作原理,结合移动电源车的行驶方便特性,应用SolidWorks三维设计软件,构建出了新型除雪除冰车的三维模型,设计中使用可减少驱动元件数量的变胞机构,应用互锁电路控制机构自由度和构件数量变化,设计了一种结构简单、操作方便、依靠高速高温气体实现快速除雪除冰的设备。该设备可自由灵活行驶在各个道路中,扩大了设备的使用范围,对道路损伤小。设计成果可以为企业开发设计新型除雪除冰设备提供思路和方案。In order to improve the efficiency of the method of the snow and ice removal,and overcome the shortcomings of road damage,time-consuming and laborious and so on,based on the analysis of the working principle of hair dryer,combined with the driving convenience of the mobile power car,the three-dimensional model of the new snow and ice removal vehicle was constructed by using SolidWorks three-dimensional design software.In the design,the metamorphic mechanism which could reduce the number of driving elements was used,and the interlocking circuit was used to control the degree of freedom and the number of components.It was a kind of equipment with simple construction and easy operation,which depended on high-speed and high-temperature gas to achieve rapid snow and ice removal.The device could run freely and flexibly in all roads,which expanded the use range of the device and reduced the damage to the road.The design results provided ideas and solutions for enterprises to develop and design new snow and ice removal equipments.
