摘  要:以低温离子渗硫处理左、右半轴齿轮为研究对象,分析了不同渗硫工艺参数下齿轮渗硫层深、元素分布和表面含硫量,最终优选了渗硫温度240℃、保温时间4 h为最理想的渗硫工艺参数。摩擦磨损试验揭示了2#渗硫样品摩擦磨损性能优于未渗硫样品,其摩擦因数保持在0.3以下。在变形过程中,渗硫样品由于渗硫层FeS相的存在,增加了犁痕为主过渡失效形式,且渗硫层FeS相易沿某一位向滑移,以及S元素占位使得过渡层富集Cr和C元素,均降低了粘着磨损等高破坏倾向的发生,故渗硫层在摩擦磨损过程中起到自润滑作用。Low-temperature ion vulcanizing treatment of left and right half-shaft gears was used as the research object to analyze the depth of vulcanization layer,element distribution and surface sulfur content of gears under different vulcanization process parameters,finally,the sulphurizing temperature 240℃and the holding time 4 hours were chosen as the most ideal sulfurization process parameter.The friction and wear test revealed that the friction and wear performance of the 2#sulfurized sample were markedly superior than that of the no sulfurized sample,and its friction coefficient kept below 0.3.During the deformation process,the reason for reducing the occurrence of high damage tendency such as adhesive wear,the sulfurized sample increased the plow marks as the main transition failure form due to the presence of the FeS phase in the sulfurized layer,and the FeS phase of the sulfurized layer was inclined to slip along a certain position.The enrichment of chromium and carbon element in the transition layer was due to the occupation of sulfur.So,the sulfurized layer played a self-lubricating effect in friction and wear.
