摘 要:为确保特种车辆在复杂环境中工况转换的高可靠性和快速机动性,针对目前油气悬挂系统手工装配存在工艺数字化程度低、装配质量一致性不高等问题,提出了一种油气悬挂系统精密装测单元的构建方法。通过理论分析、虚拟仿真、实验验证等技术方法,构建了微渗漏检测系统、无损装配系统、智能拧紧系统和耐压测试系统,解决了油气悬挂系统装配关键工艺参数的感知、分析与控制问题,提升了产品质量可靠性。In order to ensure high reliability and fast motility of condition transformation of special vehicles under complex environment and aimed at the problems of low process digitization and assembly quality in manual assembly of oil-gas suspension systems,a method for constructing precision assembly and testing units for oil-gas suspension systems was proposed.Through theoretical analysis,virtual simulation,experimental verification and other technical methods,a micro-leakage detection system,a non-destructive assembly system,an intelligent tightening system and a pressure test system were constructed to solve the problem of perception,analysis and control of key process parameters in the assembly of the hydro-pneumatic suspension system.The results showed that the product quality and reliability were improved.
