摘  要:采用HYLZ-2型铝甑低温干馏炉热解鄂尔多斯盆地的神府-东胜煤田出产的长焰煤,按照独特的温度时间取样路线图完成对同一反应在不同时间取样的设想。采用的温度时间取样路线图开始以一段恒速升温加热操作(20~245℃)模拟干燥脱水阶段;再以一段恒速升温加热操作(245~460℃)模拟脱除吸附气体、软化、熔融、轻微热解反应的过渡阶段;最后恒温460℃,模拟严重热解阶段,并在5个不同时间内取样。选取的8个固体样品都按国标做了性能分析(失重率、挥发分、灰分、硫分和水分)和煤岩分析(随机反射率R_(ran)、最大反射率R_(max)、活惰比和煤镜质体随机反射率分布图),所得结果可以满足低阶煤干馏动力学样品的需要,还可以用于其他特性测试来进行热解动力学研究。The long flame coal from Shenfu-Dongsheng coalfield in Ordos Basin was pyrolyzed by HYLZ-2 low temperature retort,and the samples of the same reaction at different times were completed according to the unique temperature time sampling roadmap.Firstly,the drying and dehydration stage is simulated by a constant speed heating operation(20℃to 245℃).Then,the transition stage of adsorbed gas removal,softening,melting and slight pyrolysis reaction is simulated by a constant rate heating operation(245~460℃).Finally,the severe pyrolysis stage is simulated at 460℃,and samples were taken at five different times.According to the national standard,performance analysis(weight loss rate,volatile,ash,sulfur and moisture)and coal rock analysis(random reflectance R_(ran),maximum reflectance R_(max),active inert ratio and random reflectance distribution map of coal vitrinite)were carried out for the eight solid samples selected.The results can meet the needs of low-rank coal retorting kinetic samples,and can also be used in the dynamics study of pyrolysis.
