摘  要:依据柠条塔矿井南翼井下开拓开采布置、巷道现状及采空区涌水情况,在南翼风井井底附近提出3处井下矿井水处理站选择方案,经过比选确定西部方案选址位置,布置水处理站巷道系统;根据南翼井下采空区涌水水质检测指标,矿井水处理后的复用用途及环保部门的排放要求等因素,提出5种沉淀工艺和4种过滤工艺,经过比选确定预混凝沉淀+混凝+磁分离+V型滤池+消毒的处理工艺流程;完成柠条塔矿井南翼矿井水的达标处理,实现水资源的循环复用,节省工业用地,减少排水能耗,达到绿色矿山和安全环保的要求。According to the development and mining layout,roadway status and goaf water inflow in the south wing of Ningtiaota Coal Mine,three schemes of underground mine water treatment stations are proposed near the south wing air shaft.After scheme comparison and selection,it is determined to arrange underground mine water treatment station in the west of air shaft.According to the water quality index of the south wing goaf,the use of mine water after treatment and the discharge requirements of the environmental protection department,five precipitation processes and four filtration processes are proposed,and the treatment process of pre-coagulation sedimentation+coagulation+magnetic separation+V-shaped filter+disinfection is determined through comparison.The standard treatment of mine water in the south wing of Ningtiaota Coal Mine can realize the recycling and reuse of water resources,save industrial land,reduce drainage energy consumption and meet the requirements of green mine and environmental protection.
