摘  要:采用成膜法,突破传统工艺手段,将SiO2气凝胶、相变材料与纺织材料有效结合,制备轻质高性能隔热薄膜,通过改变制备工艺中刮刀厚度、刮刀速度、无水乙醇与蒸馏水配比等直接影响薄膜厚度的工艺参数,得到不同厚度及性能参数的隔热薄膜,揭示相应薄膜所在多层织物二级烧伤时间的变化规律,获得工艺参数对消防服用材料热防护性能的影响。结果表明:随着刮膜厚度和刮刀速度的增加,二级烧伤时间先增加后降低;理论厚度为500μm或刮刀速度为50 mm/s时,其所在多层织物二级烧伤时间最大;当无水乙醇与蒸馏水配比为5︰3时,二级烧伤时间最长,这为科学合理地设计和制备高性能隔热薄膜,开发性能优良的轻质消防服用材料提供了必要的理论依据。The film-forming method is used to break through the traditional process and effectively combine SiO2 aerogels,phase change materials and textile materials to prepare lightweight and high-performance insulation films.By changing the process parameters that directly affect the thickness of the film,such as the thickness of the blade,the speed of the blade,the ratio of ab-solute ethanol and distilled water,etc.,the thermal insulation film with different thickness and performance parameters can be obtained.The rules of the thermal protective performance of multilayer fabrics with the film are revealed.Effects of process parameters on thermal protective performance of firefighters'protective materials are evaluated.The results show that the sec-ond-degree skin burn time increases first and then decreases with the increase of the film thickness and the scraper speed.As the theoretical thickness is 500μm or the scraper speed is 50 mm/s,the best thermal protective performance of multilayer fab-rics is obtained.And as the ratio of anhydrous ethanol and dis-tilled water is 5:3,the best thermal protection is given.The re-search results obtained in this paper provide necessary theoreti-cal basis for scientific and rational design and preparation of high performance thermal insulating film and development of lightweight thermal protective clothing with excellent perfor-mance.
