摘  要:利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对含微量Fe^(3+)的过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)在等温及动态升温条件下的热分解特性进行了测试,用动力学分析软件(Kinetics Neo)对测试结果进行分析,并与化学纯DCP的相应测试结果进行了对比。结果表明,两样品分解过程均遵循n级反应动力学规律;微量Fe^(3+)的存在对DCP的起始分解温度(T0)和峰值温度(Tp)影响不大,但对平均比放热量(ΔHr)有较大影响,如含Fe^(3+)DCP的(ΔHr)为745.4 J/g,而纯DCP的ΔHr为977.1 J/g。Friedman法和模型拟合法得到的动力学参数相似。基于模型拟合法求得的热分解动力学参数,对两样品绝热条件下最大反应速率达到时间(TMRa d)对应的温度进行了预测。结果表明,与化学纯DCP相比,含Fe^(3+)DCP不同TMRa d对应的温度均明显下降。In order to study the effect of trace iron ions(Fe^(3+))on the thermal decomposition kinetics of Dicumyl Peroxide,the thermal decomposition characteristics of DCP containing trace Fe^(3+)under isothermal and dynamic heating conditions were mea-sured by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),and the re-sults were analyzed by kinetic analysis software(Kinetics Neo),and compared with the corresponding results of pure DCP.The results of isothermal DSC showed that the decomposition pro-cess of the two samples followed the n-order kinetic law;the dy-namic DSC test results showed that the presence of trace Fe^(3+)has little effect on initial decomposition temperature(T0)and peak temperature(Tp)of DCP,but has great influence on aver-age specific heat release(ΔHr).For example,the-ΔHr of DCP containing Fe^(3+)was 745.4 J/g,but that of pure DCP was 977.1 J/g.Kinetic Neo software analysis results show that the kinetic pa-rameters obtained by Friedman method and model fitting meth-od are similar.Based on the kinetic parameters of thermal de-composition obtained by the model fitting method,the tempera-ture corresponding to the maximum reaction rate reaching time(TMRad)of the two samples under adiabatic condition was pre-dicted.The results showed that,compared with that of the chem-ical pure DCP,the temperature corresponding to different TM-Rad of DCP containing Fe^(3+)decreased obviously.
