摘 要:采用浸渍法制备出具有脱硝除尘功能的VMoTi/玻纤复合催化滤布,研究了VMoTi/玻纤复合催化滤布的脱硝除尘性能。考察了负载量、黏结剂、反应温度、过滤风速、SO_(2)和H_(2)O对脱硝除尘性能的影响,通过SEM、XRD及EDS表征手段进行分析,结果表明:当负载量为130 g/m^(2),过滤风速为0.5 m/min,在200-250℃下,脱硝效率为60%-85%。且在定压喷吹老化500次后,脱硝效率无明显下降,表现出良好的脱硝性能稳定性。通入SO_(2)和H_(2)O后,脱硝效率维持在75%以上,具有良好的抗水硫性能。VMoTi/玻纤复合催化滤布除尘效率在99.99%以上,满足实际工业烟尘治理应用要求。The VMoTi/glass-fiber catalytic filter-cloth(VGCF)with denitrification(DeNOx)and dust removal(Dedust)function was prepared by impregnation method,and NOx and dust removal performance of VGCF was systematically studied.The effects of catalyst-loading,binder,reaction temperature,filtering velocity,SO_(2) and H_(2)O on the performance of DeNOx and Dedust were investigated,combined with SEM,XRD and EDS characterization methods.It was found that the DeNOx efficiency is 60%-85%at 200-250℃when the loading capacity was 130 g/m^(2) and the filtering velocity was 0.5 m/min.Further,after 500 times of pulsing aging,the DeNOx efficiency is basically unchanged,indicating good stability of DeNOx.After adding SO_(2) and H_(2)O,the DeNOx efficiency is maintained at more than 75%,showing great resistance to SO_(2) and H_(2)O.The dust removal efficiency of VMoTi/glass fiber composite catalytic filter cloth is above 99.99%,which meets the requirements of actual industrial smoke and dust treatment applications.
