精索炎误诊为腹股沟斜疝崁顿1例报告

摘　　要：报道1例精索炎误诊为腹股沟斜疝崁顿患者,急诊手术探查,术中诊断为精索炎,行精索切开减压引流术,术后抗菌药物治疗,恢复顺利。切取精索组织病理检查回报:送检精索组织为脂肪及纤维结缔组织,内可见大量炎细胞浸润。A case was reported.Emergency Surgical exploration was performed and intraoperative diagnosised of varicocele.Spermatic cord incision and decompression drainage were performed,antibiotics were treated postoperatively.The patient recovered uneventfully.Pathological examination result of spermatic cord tissue:the spermatic cord tissue was fat and fibrous connective tissue with a large number of inflammatory cells infiltration.
