摘 要:目的:对临床在用光固化机辐照度实施质控,检测辐照度并分析其影响因素,为其临床合理有效使用提供参考。方法:选取某院在用LED光固化机251台,使用计量后的测光表检测光固化机辐照度,使用SPSS 19.0软件进行统计学分析,采用Spearman分析辐照度与光固化机使用年限、光固化机品牌、测量设备品牌、检测人员变化、辐照周期的相关性,应用多重线性回归分析辐照度的具体影响因素。结果:辐照度≤300 mW/cm^(2)的9台,>300~500 m W/cm^(2)的12台,>500~1000 mW/cm^(2)的87台,>1000~1250 mW/cm^(2)的59台,>1250~1500 mW/cm^(2)的73台,>1500 mW/cm^(2)的11台。除检测人员的变化与辐照度无相关性外,光固化机品牌、测量设备品牌、光固化机使用年限、辐照周期均与辐照度密切相关。光固化机品牌和使用年限对辐照度的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05),测量设备品牌、检测人员、辐照周期对辐照度的影响未显示统计学意义(P>0.05)。在相同使用年限的前提下,不同品牌光固化机辐照度衰减不同,且光固化机品牌对辐照度影响最大,其次是使用年限。结论:辐照度的检测及影响因素分析可为光固化机的采购、验收及维护提供依据,有助于提高设备使用效率,保障医疗质量和患者安全。Objective To carry out quality control of the irradiance of light curing machines in clinical use,test the irradiance and analyze its influencing factors to provide references for their clinical use.Methods The irradiance of 251 LED light curing machines in use at some hospital was tested using a calibrated light meter.SPSS 19.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Spearman analysis was applied to analyzing the correlation between irradiance and the light curing machine’s age and brand,the brand of the light meter,changes in the inspection personnel and the irradiation period,and multiple linear regression was applied to clarify the specific factors influencing the irradiance.Results There were 9 machines with the irradiance≤300 mW/cm^(2),12 ones with the irradiance>300~500 mW/cm^(2),87 ones with the irradiance>500~1000 mW/cm^(2),59 ones with the irradiance>1000~1250 mW/cm^(2),73 ones with the irradiance>1250~1500 mW/cm^(2) and 11 ones with the irradiance>1500 mW/cm^(2).The brand of the light curing machine,the brand of the light meter,the age of the light curing machine and the irradiation period were all strongly correlated with irradiance,except for the changes in inspection personnel,which was not correlated with irradiance.The effects of the brand and age of the light curing machine on irradiance were statistically significant(P<0.05),while those of the brand of the light meter,inspection personnel and irradiation period were not(P>0.05).For the same number of years of use,irradiance attenuation varied between brands of light curing machine.The brand of the light curing machine had the greatest effect on irradiance,followed by the number of years of use.Conclusion The testing of irradiance and the analysis of influencing factors provide a basis for the procurement,acceptance and maintenance of light curing machines,helping to improve the efficiency of the machine and to ensure medical quality and patient safety.
