摘　　要：目的:研制一种注射器型富血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma,PRP)提取装置,以解决目前PRP提取装置技术上的不足。方法:该装置以临床使用的螺口注射器为基础进行改进,设计为杆芯活塞可拆装式结构,配合使用鲁尔接头设计的封堵帽。其组件包括外筒、杆芯、活塞、封堵帽、斜面注射针和头皮针等。对该装置密封性、所制备PRP的无菌性、血小板富集程度进行测试。结果:该装置密封性良好,可满足无菌操作要求,所制备PRP中血小板富集程度为5.5倍左右。结论:该装置操作简便、使用安全,有利于PRP疗法的临床推广应用。Objective To develop a new type of syringe-like platelet-rich plasma(PRP)extraction device to eliminate the deficiencies of the existing devices in technology.Methods The device was formed based the clinically used screw syringe,which had a plunger-and-rod-core-detachable structure and a plugging cap compatible with Ruhr joint.The components of the device included a barrel,a rod core,a plunger,a plugging cap,a bevel needle,a scalp needle and etc.Tests were carried out on tightness of the device,sterility of the PRP prepared and platelet enrichment.Results The device was well sealed to meet the requirements of aseptic operation and the platelet enrichment in the prepared PRP was about 5.5 times.Conclusion The device developed gains advantages in easy operation and safety,and contributes to promoting PRP therapy clinically.
