摘　　要：孔子曰:“益者三友,损者三友。友直,友谅,友多闻,益矣。友便辟,友善柔,友便佞,损矣。”有益的朋友能督促人奋发向上,互相勉励,共同进步。因此,结交有益的朋友变得尤为重要。孔子认为,正直、诚信、博学多闻的朋友即为益友。通过学习这则论语,除了知道什么样的人是益友之外,最重要的是学会严格要求自己,修身养性,让自己成为一个正直、诚信、博学多闻的人。文章就《论语》中的“益者三友”论述择友的标准,以及如何结交益友。Confucius said,"those who benefit are three friends,while those who lose are three friends.Friends are straight,friends understand,and friends hear a lot.Friends are open,friends are kind and soft,and friends are easy to be sycophants,which is harmful."Beneficial friends can urge people to work hard,encourage each other and make common progress.Therefore,it is particularly important to make useful friends.Confucius believed that friends who are honest,honest and knowledgeable are beneficial friends.By learning this Analects,in addition to knowing what kind of people are good friends,the most important thing is to learn to be strict with yourself,cultivate self-cultivation,and make yourself an honest,honest and knowledgeable person.This paper discusses the criteria of choosing friends and how to make good friends based on the"three friends who benefit"in the Analects of Confucius.
