药用石斛内源褪黑素含量及动态水平变化的研究

摘　　要：[目的]对药用石斛进行首次褪黑素含量测定,证实褪黑素在石斛中的存在并进一步分析种和昼夜变化对褪黑素含量的影响。[方法]以ELISA法测定药用石斛中褪黑素(MT)含量。[结果]8种药用石斛中,金钗石斛的褪黑素含量最高(89.81±1.60 pg/g,f.w.),铁皮石斛的褪黑素含量最低(27.19±5.81 pg/g,f.w.)。此外,药用石斛的褪黑素含量随昼夜变化出现了规律性波动——昼低夜高。[结论]该研究结果将为石斛有效药用成分的开发和进一步研究褪黑素的作用机理提供参考依据。[Objective]To perform the first melatonin determination on eight selected medicinal Dendrobium species and confirm the existence of melatonin in Dendrobium,further analyze the effects of variety and diurnal variation on melatonin content.[Method]The content of melatonin(MT)in medicinal Dendrobium were determined by ELISA.[Result]The results showed:Species is the most important factor affecting melatonin content.The lowest melatonin content is 27.19 pg/g(Dendrobium officinale Kimura et Migo)and the highest is 89.81 pg/g(Dendrobium nobile Lindl)of eight medicinal Dendrobium species.For the detection about the change in melatonin content throughout the day,this experiment proved that there are medicinal Dendrobium plants with higher melatonin content at night.[Conclusion]The research results will provide reference for the development about effective medicinal ingredients of Dendrobium and further research on the mechanism of melatonin.
