摘 要:[目的]掌握北京市农业技术推广站所筛选南瓜砧木自选系的配合力情况,为今后砧木杂交组合选配提供理论依据,以提高西瓜砧木的育种效率。[方法]以3个母本和6个父本作为试验材料,采用不完全双列杂交(NCII 3×6)设计组配18份杂交组合,然后进行西瓜嫁接,测定各嫁接组合下西瓜的单瓜重、中心糖和边糖3个数量性状的数据,分析各砧木父母本材料的一般配合力(GCA)效应和组合的特殊配合力(SCA)效应,并对各性状特殊配合力进行相关性分析。[结果]母本自交系中单瓜重一般配合力和边糖的一般配合力数值最大的均是Z4T6-5;中心糖一般配合力最高的是Z4B9-3,其次是Z4T6-5;父本自交系中单瓜重、中心糖和边糖一般配合力数值最大的自交系分别是ZSB0-1-2、ZSB0-1-7和XF-6;杂交组合中单瓜重、中心糖以及边糖特殊配合力数值最大的组合分别是HZ-1×Z4T6-5、XF-7×Z4T6-5和ZSB0-1-7×Z4T6-5。相关性分析还表明,组合中单瓜重与母本材料的配合力呈正相关。[结论]综上,Z4T6-5、Z4B9-3可以作为后续试验的优良母本材料,ZSB0-1-2、ZSB0-1-7和XF-6等材料可以作为优良的父本资源材料。[Objective]The aim of this study was to master the combining ability of pumpkin rootstock selection lines selected by Beijing Agricultural Technology Extension Station,and provide theoretical basis for the selection of rootstock cross combination in the future,so as to improve the breeding efficiency of watermelon rootstock.[Method]Using 3 female parents and 6 male parents as test materials,18 hybrid combinations were designed by incomplete diallel crossing(NCII 3×6),and then grafting experiments were carried out to determine the yield and quality characters,analyze the GCA effect and SCA effect of the combination,and carry out correlation analysis of the special combining ability of each character.[Result]Z4T6-5,Z4B9-3 and Z4T6-5 had the highest GCA of single melon weight and edge sugar in female inbred lines,and ZSB0-1-2,ZSB0-1-7 and XF-6 had the highest GCA of single melon weight,center sugar and edge sugar in male inbred lines.The largest combinations of values were HZ-1×Z4T6-5,XF-7×Z4T6-5 and ZSB0-1-7×Z4T6-5.The correlation analysis also showed that there was no significant relationship between the single melon weight of the combination and the combining ability of the parent material.In some combinations with the same parent,the single melon weight was positively correlated with the combining ability of the parent material.[Conclusion]In conclusion,Z4T6-5 and Z4B9-3 can be used as excellent parent materials for subsequent tests,and ZSB0-1-2,ZSB0-1-7 and XF-6 can be used as excellent parent materials.
