摘  要:故障报告、分析及纠正措施系统(FRACAS)是提升智能压力变送器可靠性的重要措施。介绍了FRACAS技术并描述了其建立过程,采用该方法对智能压力变送器故障信息进行收集,判别故障发生的原因并提出故障纠正措施。FRACAS方法的建立,能够保证产品在各种试验和使用过程中出现的故障被及时准确地收集,从而降低或避免同类型故障反复发生的概率,改善其固有可靠性,节约维护成本,提高经济效益,逐步实现智能压力变送器的可靠性增长。同时,该方法的建立也对今后新产品发生类似故障起到一定的参考作用,对产品可靠性的改进提供了一定的科学依据。Failure reporting,analysis and corrective action system(FRACAS)is an important measure to improve the reliability of intelligent pressure transmitter.This paper introduces the FRACAS technology and describes its establishment process.The method is used to collect fault information of intelligent pressure transmitter,identify the causes of fault and propose corrective measures.The establishment of FRACAS method can ensure that the faults of the product during various tests and use can be collected timely and accurately,thus reducing or avoiding the probability of repeated occurrence of the same type of faults,improving its inherent reliability,saving maintenance costs,increasing economic benefits and gradually realizing the reliability growth of the intelligent pressure transmitter.At the same time,the establishment of this method also plays a certain reference role for the new products in the future similar failures,and provides a certain scientific basis for the improvement of product reliability.
