摘　　要：为了缩短国内外执行机构产品的技术差距,抢占中高端市场,采用先进创新技术,提高国产执行机构的整体性能,研发新一代产品十分必要。新一代智能电动执行机构产品在延续原来基本控制原理的基础上进行了技术创新,性能升级。它拥有丰富的高清彩色液晶屏显示界面,采用自主研发的多圈绝对编码技术,支持MODBUS、PROFIBUSDP、FF、HART等总线通信;同时,新一代智能电动执行机构系统均集成先进的数据记录器,借助智能手机和已开发成功的远程专家服务系统APP进行通信,实现远程设置和故障诊断。新一代智能电动执行机构产品在精度、稳定性、可靠性等方面都得到大幅度提升,产品技术性能的提高对延长产品生命周期、扩大市场、提高产品质量均具有重大的意义。In order to shorten the technical gap between domestic and foreign actuator products and seize the high-end market,adopt advanced innovative technology and improve the overall performance of domestic actuator,it is necessary to research and develop new generation of products.The new generation of intelligent electric actuator products have carried out technological innovation and performance upgrade on the basis of the original basic control principle.It has a rich HIGH-DEFINITION color LCD display interface,adopts the absolute coding technology independently developed,and supports the communication of MODBUS,PROFIBUS DP,FF,HART and other buses.At the same time,the new generation of intelligent electric actuators are integrated with advanced data loggers and can be used for remote communication diagnosis through handheld tools or mobile phones and the developed remote expert service system APP.The new generation of intelligent electric actuator products have been greatly improved in terms of precision,stability and reliability.The improvement of technical performance of products is of great significance to extend product life cycle,expand market and improve product quality.
