区域一体化战略对经济高质量发展的影响研究--以京津冀地区为例

摘　　要：以京津冀一体化战略为准自然实验,采用2010-2018年30个省级面板数据,运用PSM-DID模型研究京津冀一体化对区域经济高质量发展的影响及其政策效果作用机制。结果表明:①地区经济高质量发展呈逐渐上升趋势,但整体仍处于较低水平,且区域差异明显。②京津冀一体化战略显著提高了经济高质量发展水平,这一结论在稳健性检验后依然成立。③政策效果机制检验表明京津冀一体化政策效果通过创新驱动和区域协调共享两方面对经济高质量发展产生作用,但政策实施却抑制了经济活力,原因是产业结构和基础设施布局不合理。Based on the natural experiment of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration strategy,this paper used PSM-DID model to study the influence of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration on the high-quality regional economic development and the mechanism of policy effect by panel data of 30 provincial governments from 2010 to 2018.The results showed that:①The level of high-quality regional economic development was gradually rising,but the overall level was still at a low level and the regional differences were obvious.②Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration strategy had significantly improved the level of high-quality economic development,which was still valid after the robustness test.③The test of policy effect mechanism showed that the policy effect of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration played a role in high-quality economic development through innovation driving and regional coordination and sharing.However,the implementation of the policy had inhibited economic vitality,because of the unreasonable industrial structure and infrastructure layout.
