摘　　要：大学生群体在校学习期间可能会因为学业压力、人际交往压力、就业压力等产生不良的心理倾向,各种不良心理因素综合在一起之后还可能造成大学生出现轻生的念头或行为。在高等院校中开展大学生生命教育,引导大学生形成正确的生命观并做到珍爱自己和他人的生命,显得十分必要。文章对生命教育的含义、必要性及开展生命教育的具体策略进行探讨。College students may have bad psychological tendencies due to academic pressure,interpersonal pressure and employment pressure.After a variety of bad psychological factors are combined,college students may also have suicidal thoughts or behaviors.It is very necessary to carry out college students'life education in colleges and universities,guide college students to form a correct outlook on life and cherish their own and others'lives.This paper discusses the meaning,necessity and specific strategies of life education.
