摘　　要：面对新冠肺炎疫情的冲击和国内外复杂的发展形势,2021年上半年河南统筹推进疫情防控和经济社会发展工作,经济增长稳步复苏,经济运行呈现“稳中加固、稳中向好”态势,但稳的基础还不牢固,恢复还不均衡。2021年下半年,河南面临的宏观经济环境依旧复杂,必须突出供给与需求双协同、创新与产业双驱动、改革与开放双推进、要素与环境双保障、发展与安全双提升、就业与民生双促进,确保年度目标任务圆满完成。总体判断,2021年河南经济增速8%左右。Facing the impact of novel coronavirus pneumonia and the complex development situation at home and abroad,Henan’s overall efforts to promote epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development in the first half of 2021 have been steadily promoted,and economic performance has shown a steady,stable and stable trend,but the foundation for stability is still not solid and the recovery is not balanced.In the second half of 2021,the macroeconomic environment faced by Henan is still complex.We must highlight the double coordination of supply and demand,double drive of innovation and industry,double promotion of reform and opening up,double guarantee of factors and environment,double promotion of development and safety,double promotion of employment and people’s livelihood,so as to ensure the successful completion of the annual target.Overall,Henan’s annual economic growth rate in 2021 is about 8%.
