摘  要:为了进一步了解热枪散布异常机理,在基于身管温度场研究的基础上,建立了考虑材料热物特性的热枪弹丸膛内运动分析有限元模型。以热分析的身管温度场数据作为边界条件,通过显式动力学分析,获得了材料热物特性影响下的弹丸膛内运动状态。对比实验数据,验证了该弹/枪耦合模型的正确性。研究表明:随着身管温度升高,身管热膨胀特性在膛口位置增加了弹丸质心位移及膛内摆角,但减小了弹丸质心侧向速度;身管热弹性在膛口位置增加了弹丸摆角,降低了弹丸质心速度;被甲热塑性增加了膛口弹丸质心侧向位移、膛内综合摆角,降低了弹丸质心侧向速度。研究结果将为进一步研究热散机理,提高射击精度提供一定的帮助。In order to further understand the mechanism of anomalous dispersion of projectiles fired from hot gun barrels,a finite element model considering material thermal properties was established.It modelled the in-bore motion of projectiles fired from a hot gun barrel and was based on the study of the temperature field of the barrel.Taking the temperature field data of the barrel as the boundary condition,the motion state of the projectile under the influence of material thermal properties was obtained through explicit dynamic analysis.Compared with experimental data,the correctness of the projectile/gun coupling model was verified.The results show that with the increase of barrel temperature,the thermal expansion property of the barrel increases the displacement of the projectile′s centroid at the muzzle and widens projectile in-bore yawing,but decreases the lateral velocity of projectile′s centroid.The thermos-elasticity of the barrel increases the yawing of the projectile at the muzzle and reduces the lateral velocity of the projectile′s centroid.The thermal-plasticity of the bullet jacket increases the late-ral displacement of the projectile′s centroid at the muzzle of the barrel,the overall yawing of the projectile in the bore and reduces the lateral velocity of the projectile′s centroid.This work is helpful for further studies on the mechanism of anomalous dispersion and improvement of firing accuracy.
