摘　　要：多功能合一的LED信号灯已逐渐成为汽车灯的设计趋势。设计了一款具有前转向灯、昼间行驶灯和前位置灯功能的多功能信号灯,结合各功能法规要求,采用V-H坐标系测试方法,研究了聚碳酸酯(PC)内部配光镜中光扩散剂的添加浓度对配光性能的影响,得到该三功能合一的LED车灯符合配光法规的合理扩散剂浓度在5%以内,并得到制约浓度提高的配光点位置。At present, multi-functional LED signal lamp becomes automobile popular configuration. In this thesis, the light distribution requirements of national standards for daytime running lamp(DRL), front position lamp and front direction-indicator lamp are summarized. According to V-H measurement method, by comparing the photometry and goniophotometry results of a multi-functional signal lamp with different diffusant concentration PC inner lens, we found that reasonable diffusant concentration that meets the requirements is less than 5% and obtained the photometric restraining points.
