摘 要:提出了一种利用剪力分配系数来计算单箱多室波形钢腹板组合箱梁在横向对称竖向荷载作用下腹板剪应力的方法。首先基于波形钢腹板不抵抗轴力的特点和箱梁平截面假定,用微元体平衡方程和变形协调条件建立了单箱多室截面波形钢腹板箱梁腹板剪力流的计算方程,然后基于该方程提出了腹板剪力分配系数的计算方法。以深圳南山大桥、郑州朝阳沟特大桥、河南卫河特大桥为例,基于ANSYS有限元分析对所提理论进行了验证,结果显示理论分析与数值模拟的误差在5%以内。同时也基于国内某桥梁的试验结果进行了对比,误差在3%以内。由此可见,提出的理论和方法可准确地对多个波形钢腹板之间的剪力分配进行分析,满足实际工程设计计算的要求。A theoretical method is proposed to analyze the shear stress on the webs of single-box multi-cell composite girders with corrugated steel webs under horizontal symmetric vertical load with the concept of shear force distribution coefficient.Firstly,based on the assumption that the corrugated steel webs do not sustain axial force and the plane sections remain in plane,the equation for calculating the shear force flow is established using the equilibrium differential equation of an infinitesimal element and the deformation compatibility condition.Then based on the shear flow equation,the calculation method for the shear force distribution coefficient is proposed.The Nanshan Bridge,the Chaoyanggou Bridge and the Weihe Bridge are studied using finite element analysis and the proposed theoretical method.The results show that the theoretical method agrees well with finite element analysis,and the difference is within 5%.Meanwhile,the experimental data from a bridge test is compared with the theoretical analysis results,and the difference is within 3%.Therefore,the proposed theoretical method is able to accurately analyze the shear force distribution among the multiple webs,and also meets the requirements in design and calculation in engineering practice.
