摘  要:由俄罗斯电力工厂生产的两台TBB-1000-2Y3型核电汽轮发电机,在运行和检修期间,发现存在引线有裂纹、弹簧组件和相引线支架有磨损等缺陷。对定子端部缺陷进行分析,明确了端部缺陷产生原因。通过模拟相关边界条件进行建模计算,采取改变刚度或者配重的方式,将引线薄弱部位局部固有频率调整至远离危险频率范围,大幅改善了两台发电机定子端部状态,保证了机组的安全稳定运行。Such defects as the lead cracks, wearing-out of the spring sets and the lead supports in the stator end of the two TBB-1000-2 Y3 nuclear power turbine generators made by the Russian power works are found during the operation and maintenance. After analyzing the defects in the stator end, cause of the defects is confirmed. Stiffness change or weight adjustment methods are applied to regulate the natural frequency of the weak spot of the lead far away from the dangerous frequency range through simulating the related boundary condition and modeling calculation, making the situation of stator end of two generators improved a great deal to ensure safe and stable operation of the generators.
