对单转向串励直流电动机认识误区的剖析

摘　　要：通过某地铁空压机直流电动机电刷磨损快和隔片烧损的维修案例,揭示了单转向电机特性不同于可逆转向电机,并得出结论:单转向串励电机转子嵌线方式和电刷中性位的调节,仅需保证单向转动和换向良好,无需保证另一方向的换向。Based on maintenance case of the DC motor used in metro air compressor, in which the brush wears quickly and interval commutator is burned, it is revealed that characteristic of the single-direction motors is different from that of the reversible-direction motors, and comes the conclusion that the rotor embedding mode as well as brush neutral position regulation of the single-direction series excited motors only need to ensure the good commutation of the single-direction but need not to ensure the good commutation of the reversible-direction.
