摘　　要：采用十字喷丝板,结合锦纶纺丝及加弹工艺,通过优化工艺条件,生产具有十字截面的聚酰胺6纤维拉伸变形丝(PA6 DTY),并对该十字形PA6 DTY性能做了检测。测试结果表明:加工速度为630 m/min、拉伸倍数为1.20、热箱温度为175℃、加捻器速比为1.6时,制备的十字PA6 DTY的断裂强度为3.4 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为24.0%,纤维十字截面清晰,外观正常。Polyamide 6 draw textured yarn(PA6 DTY)with cross-shaped was produced by designing crossshaped spinneret and optimizing the spinning and drawing process conditions.The performance of the cross-shaped PA6 DTY was tested.The results showed that the cross-shaped PA6 DTY was prepared when the processing speed was 630 m/min,the tensile ratio was 1.20,the temperature of hot box was 175℃,and the D/Y ratio was 1.6.The breaking strength and elongation at break were 3.40 cN/dtex and 24.0%respec⁃tively.The cross section of the fiber was clear and the appearance was normal.
