摘　　要：为提高后道DTY优等品只重偏差的达标率,控制前纺生产参数,制定实施了一系列管理措施,达到DTY优等品只重偏差抽检达标率≥99.95%的效果。In order to improve the compliance rate of each weight deviation of polyester DTY superior prod⁃ucts,a series of management measures were formulated and implemented by controlling certain production parameters of front spinning,so as to achieve the effect that the weight deviation of each DTY superior products sampling inspection is great than 99.95%.
