摘　　要：随着公司的发展,一部分旧的北京中丽卷绕机被先进的Barmag-Wings设备所取代。出于剩余价值的再利用考虑,从实际出发,利用淘汰的某公司升降导盘控制系统与北京中丽卷绕机嫁接使用,可以用于粗旦预取向丝(POY)生产,还能减少生产定员,实现节能降耗。With the development of the company,part of old Beijing Chonglee winding machine has been re⁃placed by more advanced Barmag-Wings equipment,but for the reuse of the surplus value,using the elimi⁃nated lifting guide plate control system of a certain company combined with the Beijing Chonglee winding machine,the coarse-denier POY varieties can be produced.It can also reduce the production staff and real⁃ize energy saving and consumption reduction.
