摘 要:增干强剂等功能性助剂提高纸页物理强度达到最佳效果后性能会逐步降低,且高用量的增干强剂会使浆料滤水性能变差而严重影响生产的稳定性。通过不断的实验探索研究,发现某乙二醛化聚丙烯酰胺(G-PAD)增强剂能够在增干强剂最佳效果用量时仍然提高浆料的滤水性能与纸页的物理强度,并在上机中试过程中取得良好效果。Functional additives such as dry strength agent will gradually reduce the performance after improving the physical strength of the paper to achieve the best effect, and the high amount of dry strength agent will deteriorate the water filtration performance of the slurry and seriously affect the stability of production.Through continuous experimental exploration and research, it was found that a glyoxylated polyacrylamide(G-PAD) still improved the water filtration performance of the slurry and the physical strength of the paper when the optimal amount of the dry strength agent was used, and good results were obtained in the pilot test on the machine.
