摘  要:针对废纸纸浆回用过程中白度差、成纸强度低等问题,探讨了羧甲基壳聚糖协同漆酶预处理下旧瓦楞纸(OCC)浆过氧化氢漂白浆的物理性能及光学性能变化。结果表明,漆酶与羧甲基壳聚糖共用可明显提高OCC浆性能。在漆酶用量10 U/g、羧甲基壳聚糖用量0.1%、预处理温度50℃、预处理时间60 min的工艺条件下,相较空白样而言其白度提高4.74%ISO,抗张指数、耐破指数分别提高12.56%和18.75%。纤维质量分析(FQA)显示浆料卷曲指数和细小纤维含量略有提高。原子吸收光谱(AAS)分析表明,预处理后浆料中Fe^(2+)、Mn^(2+)、Gu^(2+)含量去除率分别为26.67%、41.67%、28.07%。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析表明,预处理后进行过氧化氢漂白的浆料纤维表面粗糙,纤维间排列紧密。预处理后酸不溶木素含量下降36.13%。In view of the problems of poor brightness and low paper strength during the reuse of old corrugated container(OCC), the physical and optical properties of OCC hydrogen peroxide bleached pulp under the pretreatment of carboxymethyl chitosan and laccase were studied. The results showed that the performance of OCC fiber was significantly improved using the laccase and carboxymenthyl chitosan treatement. Under the process conditions of laccase 10 U/g, carboxymethyl chitosan 0.1%(based on the oven dried weight of the pulp), temperature 50 ℃, pretreatment time 60 min, its brightness, tensile index, and burst index were increased by 4.74%ISO, 12.56%, 18.75%, respectively, compared with the control sample. Fiber quality measurements(FQA) indicated that the fiber curl index and the fine fiber content increased a little bit. Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy(AAS) analyse showed that the removal rates of Fe^(2+), Mn^(2+) and Gu^(2+) in the pulp after pretreatment were 26.67%, 41.67% and 28.07%, respectively. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) analysis showed that after pretreatment, the bleached pulp became rough and tightly packed. After pretreatment, the insoluble lignin of the OCC fiber was reduced by 36.13%, compared with the control sample.
