摘  要:以三氟丙基甲基环三硅氧烷和八甲基环四硅氧烷为原料,经过阴离子开环聚合制备了一系列含氟量不同的聚二甲基-三氟丙基甲基硅氧烷共聚物(PMFS),利用FTIR、^(1)H NMR、GPC对制备的PMFS进行了结构和分子质量表征。利用TGA和DSC研究了PMFS的热稳定性、玻璃化转变温度和结晶行为。与聚二甲基硅氧烷相比较,随着三氟丙基甲基硅氧链节在共聚物中比例的增加,共聚物热稳定性降低明显,玻璃化转变温度呈现增加的趋势,但结晶行为消失,三氟丙基甲基硅氧链节降低了共聚物高分子链的对称性,有利于共聚物的耐低温性能。A series of fluorine-containing polysiloxane copolymers,poly(dimethyl-trifluoropropylmethyl)siloxanes(PMFS)with different fluorine content were prepared through anionic ring-opening polymerization of trifluoropropylme thylcyclotrisiloxane and octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane.The structure and molecular weight of PMFS were characterized by FTIR,^(1)H NMR,and GPC.The thermal stability,glass transition temperature(Tg)and crystallization behaviors of PMFS were studied by TGA and DSC.The experimental results showed that with the increasing of trifluoropropylmethylsiloxy units,the thermal stability of PMFS decreased.Meanwhile,compared with the Tg of polydimethylsiloxanes,the Tg of PMFS increased.However,the DSC curves of PMFS did not show crystallization peaks.The symmetry of PMFS macromolecular chains are destroyed by the introduced trifluoropropylmethylsiloxy units.The low temperature resistance of polydimethylsiloxanes are improved.
