摘  要:为了提高射频组件的测试、送检、检验效率,提出了一种基于局域网的测试检验综合化平台。平台采用云+端的架构设计,选用C#为开发环境,进行了多种类库设计。采用Microsoft SQL Server进行数据库设计,采用DevExpress控件进行界面设计。该平台实现了射频组件的自动化测试、数据采集、结果入库、指标判断、在线送检、在线检验、电子合格证出具等功能,具有美观易用的UI界面、RIBBON工具栏、鼠标悬停显示操作说明、软件自动更新等实用化功能。平台软件的使用降低了生产线的资源消耗、提高了一次送检合格率、大大降低了复杂专用射频部组件的测试时间。In order to improve the efficiency of testing, submitting, and inspecting of RF component, a testing and inspecting platform was designed based on local network. The platform is designed with a cloud-side architecture. C # is selected as the development environment, and a variety of class libraries are designed. Microsoft SQL server is used for database design, and DevExpress control is used for UI design. The platform has the functions of automatic test, data collection, results storage, index judgment, online submitting, online inspecting, electronic certificate issuance and so on. It has beautiful and easy to use UI, RIBBON toolbar, mouse hover tips, automatic update, and other features. The application of the platform reduces the resource consumption, improves the pass rate of first inspection, and greatly reduces the testing time of complex RF components.
