摘  要:为了更好地对电子系统中的模拟信号和多路数字信号进行同时测量与显示,设计了一种基于XMEGA的混合信号示波器。系统采用ATxmega128A1作为微控制器,设计了信号调理电路和数字通道电路。信号调理电路对被测的模拟信号进行调节,数字通道电路对被测的逻辑信号进行处理,然后分别送给微控制器的片内A/D和I/O口进行采集,获取被测信号的数据,并进行存储、分析和处理,最后将测量数据和波形送TFT显示屏进行显示。实验结果表明,该混合信号示波器性能稳定可靠,且电路简单、成本低,具有同时测量4路逻辑信号波形和1路模拟信号波形的功能,能够满足学生常规课外实验的需求。A mixed signal oscilloscope based on XMEGA is designed for simultaneous measurement and display of analog and multi-channel digital signals in electronic systems. ATxmega128 A1 is used as the microcontroller, and the signal conditioning circuit and digital channel circuit are designed. The signal conditioning circuit adjusts the measured analog signal, and the digital channel circuit processes the measured logic signal, and then sends it to the in-chip A/D and I/O ports. The microcontroller obtains the data, and store, analyze and process it. Finally, the measured data and waveform are sent to the TFT display screen for display. The experimental results show that the performance of the mixed signal oscilloscope is stable and reliable, the circuit is simple, the cost is low, and it has the function of oscilloscope and logic analyzer, which can satisfy the students’ extracurricular experiments.
