摘 要:激光焊接技术是提高超高强钢固体火箭发动机加工精度、加工效率和服役安全性的重要技术手段。梳理了国内外超高强钢中厚壁结构全位置激光焊接、单道全穿透焊接、功率调制激光焊接和激光焊熔池动力学仿真模拟等关键技术的研究进展,系统地展示了这些新进展在超高强钢固体火箭发动机壳体激光焊接质量控制方面的潜在应用价值。所述的研究进展可为我国超高强钢固体火箭发动机壳体的优质高效制造提供参考。Laser welding technology is an important technical means to improve the machining precision, machining efficiency and service safety of ultra-high strength steel solid rocket motor. The article combed the research progress in all position welding, single pass full penetration welding, laser power modulation welding and welding molten pool simulation of the ultra-high strength steel structures at home and abroad. The potential application perspective of these research progress of key technologies in laser welding quality control of super-high strength steel solid rocket motor shell are systematically expounded. The research progress described in this paper can provide reference for the high quality and efficient manufacture of ultra-high strength steel solid rocket motor shell in china.
