摘　　要：目的探索心理脱离在军队离职干部休养所护士职业应激与失眠之间的中介作用。方法于2020年9—11月选择江苏某地区的军队离职干部休养所137名护士进行人口学、职业应激、心理脱离及失眠调查,分析军队离职干部休养所护士职业应激、心理脱离、失眠现状以及各变量之间的相关性,构建方程模型,选用Bootstrap法对构建的模型进行中介效应检验。结果 137名护理人员的失眠得分为7.22±3.28,职业应激总得分为606.10±139.06,心理脱离得分为8.26±2.93。经偏相关分析,军队离职干部休养所护士职业应激总分与心理脱离呈负相关(r=-0.385,P<0.01)、与失眠呈正相关(r=0.412,P<0.01),心理脱离与失眠呈负相关(r=-0.316,P<0.01)。军队离职干部休养所护士心理脱离在职业应激、失眠之间发挥着部分中介作用,中介效应值为0.387,中介效应占总效应的67.66%。结论心理脱离是军队离职干部休养所护士职业应激的保护因素,能缓解职业应激以及减轻职业应激对护士睡眠造成的影响。Objective To explore the mediating effect of psychological detachment between occupational stress and insomnia in nurses of sanatorium for retired military cadres. Methods A total of 137 nurses in retired military cadres sanatorium of a region of Jiangsu were collected from September to November 2020 for the investigation of demography,occupational stress,psychological detachment and insomnia,to analyze the status of occupational stress,psychological detachment and insomnia among the nurses in retired military cadres sanatorium,and the correlation between each variable. The equation model was built,and Bootstrap method was used to test the mediation effect of the model. Results The score of insomnia in 137 nurses was 7.22±3.28,the total score of occupational stress was 606.10±139.06,and the score of psychological detachment was 8.26±2.93. The partial correlation analysis showed that the total score of occupational stress was negatively correlated with psychological detachment(r=-0.385,P<0.01),and positively correlated with insomnia(r=0.412,P<0.01). Psychological detachment was negatively correlated with insomnia(r=-0.316,P <0.01). Psychological detachment of nurses in retired military cadres sanatorium played a partial mediating role between occupational stress and insomnia,with a mediating effect value of 0.387,which accounted for 67.66% of the total effect.Conclusion Psychological detachment is a protective factor for occupational stress of nurses in retired military cadres sanatorium,which can alleviate occupational stress and reduce the effect of occupational stress on nurses’ sleep.
