摘　　要：目的分析2015—2019年天津市滨海新区塘沽片区麻疹疑似病例IgM抗体检测情况,为进一步加强麻疹监测及制定免疫规划提供依据。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)捕获法对2015—2019年送检的麻疹疑似病例血清标本进行IgM抗体检测和分析。结果 2015—2019年,共检测麻疹疑似病例389例,IgM麻疹抗体阳性138例,阳性率为35.5%。其中塘沽片区麻疹病毒活动高峰主要集中在3—5月,不同月份麻疹IgM抗体阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=41.79,P<0.01)。男女发病率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.049,P>0.05)。40~<50岁年龄组IgM抗体阳性率最高(67.5%),不同年龄组麻疹IgM抗体阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=58.48,P<0.01)。结论应加强对成年人的计划免疫管理及疫情监测,麻疹血清IgM抗体检测利于及时确诊疑似病例,对于控制麻疹传染具有重要作用。Objective To analyze the detection status of IgM antibody in suspected measles cases in Tianjin Binhai New District Tanggu Area from 2015-2019,provide the basis for further strengthening measles surveillance and formulating immunization program. Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) capture method was used to detect and analyze IgM antibody in serum samples of suspected measles cases from 2015-2019. Results From 2015-2019,a total of 389 suspected cases of measles were detected,and 138 cases were positive for IgM measles antibody,with a positive rate of 35.5%. The peak of measles virus activity in Tanggu area was mainly March to May,and the difference in the positive rate of measles IgM antibody was statistically significant among different months(χ^(2)=41.79,P<0.01 ). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence between male and female(χ^(2)=0.049,P>0.05). The positive rate of IgM antibody was the highest in 40-<50 year-old age group(67.5%).There was statistically significant difference in the positive rate of measles IgM antibody among different age groups (χ^(2)=58.48,P<0.01).Conclusion The management of planned immunization and epidemic surveillance for adults should be strengthened. The detection of serum measles Ig M antibody is conducive to the timely diagnosis of suspected cases,which plays an important role in the control of measles infection.
