摘　　要：疾控信息化建设作为全民健康信息化保障工程和疾病预防控制(疾控)体系现代化建设的重要组成部分,是有效应对重大疫情和突发公共卫生事件处置能力建设的重要支撑和保障,是提升疾控体系生产力和反应力的最佳工具。我们对业务系统、网络及数据安全、资金投入、信息化人才培养等疾控信息化建设现状及大数据、云计算、区块链、人工智能等新技术应用进行综述,为疾控信息化未来发展提供参考。As an important part of the national health informatization guarantee project and the modernization of the disease prevention and control system,the informatization construction of disease control and prevention is an important support and guarantee to effectively handle the major epidemics and the capacity construction of public health emergencies,and the best tool to enhance the productivity and responsiveness of the disease prevention and control system. We review the current situation of disease control and prevention informatization construction,such as business system,network and data security,capital investment,information personnel training,and the application of new technologies such as big data,cloud computing,blockchain and artificial intelligence,and provide reference for the future development of disease control and prevention informatization.
