欧盟客运索道基本要求、标准体系及其协调机制浅析

摘　　要：本文介绍了欧盟客运索道新条例的修订情况及其“基本要求”的主要内容,以及为满足基本要求而构建的EN协调标准体系和我国客运索道标准体系存在的不足,分析了欧盟法规标准协调机制的运行情况,为我国当前正在推进的客运索道法规标准体系建设与完善,提供有益的借鉴和参考。This paper introduces EU Regulation on Cableway Installations and its essential requirements,and the EN harmonized standard system,and analyzes the shortcomings of the standard system of passenger ropeway of China,and the coordination mechanism for EU regulation and EN standards,providing a beneficial reference for current improvement of regulation and standard system of passenger ropeway of China.
