一种安全节能炉水调节剂在中温中压蒸汽锅炉上的应用实践

摘　　要：将一种新型无磷有机复合型炉水调节剂(LFS-1),在一台中温中压蒸汽锅炉上进行工业应用。结果表明,相比传统的磷酸盐炉水调节剂,LFS-1可有效改善锅炉蒸汽品质,使炉水PH、氢电导率、磷酸根等水汽指标更稳定。运行期间,基本实现排污水无磷酸盐排放,安全环保且有显著的经济效益。A new phosphorus-free organic compound boiler water regulator(LFS-1)was applied to a medium temperature and medium pressure steam boile-1.The results show that LFS-1 can effectively improve the steam quality of boiler water and make the water vapor indexes such as Ph,hydrogen conductivity and phosphate more stable than the traditional phosphate boiler water regulator.During the operation the basic sewage phosphate-free discharge,safety and environmental protection and has significant economic benefits.
