危险化学介质承压设备法规标准分析

摘　　要：承压设备的设计制造及其材料兼容性选择与承载化学介质的危害特性密切相关,为确保承压设备的安全运行,国内外均制定了危险化学介质承压设备的法规标准。本文通过介绍和对比国内外危险化学介质承压设备的相关法规标准,结合对承压设备与化学介质危害程度分级标准的分析,指出完.善我国危险化学介质承压设备相关法规标准的进一步工作内容。The manufacture and the material compatibility of pressure equipment are closely related to the hazard characteristics of the containing chemical mediums.To ensure the safe operation of pressure equipment,regulations and standards for pressure equipment of hazardous chemical medium have been formulated at home and abroad.This paper first introduced and analyzed the domestic and foreign regulations and standards for pressure equipment of hazardous chemical medium.On this basis,the regulations and standards for pressure equipment and chemical medium hazard degree are comprehensively analyzed.Finally,the further work contents of perfecting the regulations and standards for pressure equipment of hazardous chemical mediums is pointed out in this paper.
