摘  要:随着热力管网规模的不断加大,结构逐渐复杂,各种热力管道事故日益增多,如焊缝开裂、管道下沉变形、管道腐蚀泄漏、阀门破损、补偿器腐蚀开裂等,造成的经济损失和社会影响较大。本文通过热力管道事故案例,比对波纹管补偿器和套筒式补偿器的特点,追踪分析热力管道安全运行状况,并对热力管道安全保障提出合理化建议。With the continuous expansion of the heat pip network,the structure becomes more complex.Incidents of various heat pipes are increasing,such as weld cracking,pipeline sinking deformation,pipeline corrosion leakage,valve damage,compensator corrosion cracking,etc.which caused the economic loss and social impact.Through the heat pipe accident case,this article compares the characteristics of bellows compensator and sleeve compensator,analyzes the safe operation of thermal pipelines,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the safety of heating pipelines.
