摘　　要：客运索道的设备管理是一项复杂的系统工程,新建客运索道投入运行后,管理维护人员容易忽视最初的故障隐患现象,缺乏全面系统的精细化维修,最终导致昂贵的索道设备过早过快磨损老化,造成不必要的损失。笔者以泰山索道的管理创新为例,对新建客运索道投入运行后的维护管理措施进行深入阐述,以期同业内各位同行交流探讨。The equipment management of passenger ropeway is a complex system engineering.After the newly-built passenger ropeway is put into operation,the management and maintenance personnel easily ignore the initial hidden trouble phenomenon,lack of comprehensive and systematic fine maintenance,which will eventually lead to premature and excessive wear and aging of the expensive ropeway equipment,resulting in unnecessary losses.Taking the management innovation of Taishan cableway as an example,the author makes an in-depth elaboration on the maintenance and management measures of the newly-built passenger cableway after it is put into operation,and makes an communication and discussion among peers in the industry.
