摘 要:采用高温固相法合成了LiBa_(0.96)PO_(4):0.04Dy^(3+)磷光体,并利用X射线粉末衍射、荧光光谱法和热释光技术对样品进行了表征。实验结果表明,少量Dy^(3+)掺杂并不会引起LiBaPO_(4)的物相变化。LiBa_(0.96)PO_(4):0.04Dy^(3+)可在482,573,663和755 nm处产生热释光发射峰,其中573 nm处发射峰发光强度最大。在352 nm紫外光激发下,LiBa_(0.96)PO_(4):0.04Dy^(3+)可产生多个发射峰,其中482 nm(Dy^(3+)的^(4)F_(9/2)→^(6)H_(15/2)跃迁)和573 nm(Dy^(3+)的^(4)F_(9/2)→^(6)H_(13/2)跃迁)位置处发射峰强度最大。LiBa_(0.96)PO_(4):0.04Dy^(3+)可以被紫外光和蓝光激发,被激发后磷光体的发光位于白光区域,色度坐标为(0.2744,0.3180),是一种潜在的白光LED用单一基质荧光粉。LiBa_(0.96)PO_(4):0.04Dy^(3+)phosphor was synthesized by high temperature solid phase method in this work,and the sample was characterized by X-ray powder diffraction,photoluminescence spectroscopy and thermoluminescence.Experimental results show that a small amount of Dy^(3+)doping does not affect the phase singularity of the LiBaPO_(4)matrix.The results of thermoluminescence indicate that the titled phosphor can give characteristic emission peaks at 482,573,663 and 755 nm.Among them,the peak at 573 nm has the highest emission intensity.Although LiBa_(0.96)PO_(4):0.04Dy^(3+)gives emissions at different wavelength,there are two main emission peaks,namely peaks at 482 nm and 573 nm corresponding to ^(4)F_(9/2)→^(6)H_(15/2) and ^(4)F_(9/2)→^(6)H_(13/2) transitions of Dy^(3+)respectively,under the excitation of 352 nm.The LiBa_(0.96)PO_(4):0.04Dy^(3+)can be excited by ultraviolet light or blue light.After being excited,the photoluminescence of the phosphor is located in the white light region at chromaticity coordinate(0.2744,0.3180),making this phosphor a potential material for the application of white light LED.
