摘　　要：结合国家建设一流大学和学科的战略部署,反思国内实验室事故并借鉴美国生物实验室环境、安全与健康管理体系(environment,health and safety,EHS),探究高校实验室管理机制,结合我国生物实验室的客观及人为问题,提出了完善管理体系、个性化设置实验室系统、关注实验室安全、提倡虚拟实验、推广生物安全伦理教育等方面建设的措施,为高校生物实验室管理建设提供参考。Under the background of national first-rate universities and disciplines development,reflecting on the domestic laboratory accident,inspiring and learning from the environment,health and safety systems of American biological laboratory,in order to take measures of perfecting management system,individualizing laboratory system,paying attention to laboratory safety,advocating virtual experiment and popularizing biosafety ethics education with objective and artificial problems in biological laboratories in China.Exploring the management mechanism of university laboratory and providing reference for the management and construction of biological laboratories in universities.
