摘 要:目的探讨中药麻黄对寻常型银屑病小鼠血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)的影响。方法采用咪喹莫特诱导造银屑病小鼠模型,实验分为正常对照组、模型组、甲氨蝶呤(1 mg/kg)组、中药麻黄(29.25 mg/kg)组,给药并观察记录各组小鼠的一般情况变化,连续6 d。给药结束后,PASI评分法评估皮损变化,处死小鼠,HE染色观察小鼠皮损组织的病理学变化并进行病理学组织积分和炎症细胞浸润评分;ELISA检测血清IFN-γ、IL-17水平。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组小鼠PASI评分、Baker评分及炎症细胞浸润数评分明显升高(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,中药麻黄组小鼠PASI评分、Baker评分及炎症细胞浸润数评分明显降低(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,中药麻黄组血清IFN-γ、IL-17水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论中药麻黄可明显降低寻常型银屑病小鼠血清IFN-γ、IL-17水平,发挥对寻常型银屑病小鼠的治疗作用。Objective To investigate the effects of the Chinese medicine ephedra on serum interferon-γ(IFN-γ)and interleukin-17(IL-17)in mice with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods A mouse model of psoriasis was es⁃tablished using imiquimod.Mice were randomly divided into 4 groups:normal control group,model group,methotrex⁃ate group(1 mg/kg),and ephedra group(29.25 mg/kg).Drugs were given for continuous 6 days,and meanwhile,the mice were observed for general condition.The Psoriasis Area and Severity Index(PASI)was used to assess skin lesion changes.HE staining was performed to observe and score the pathological changes of skin lesion tissues as well as evaluate inflammatory cell infiltration score.Serum IFN-γand IL-17 levels were measured by en⁃zyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results Compared with the control group,the model group had significantly in⁃creased PASI score,Baker score,and inflammatory cell infiltration score(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the ephedra group showed significantly decreased PASI score,Baker score,and inflammatory cell infiltration score(P<0.05)and significantly reduced serum levels of IFN-γand IL-17(P<0.05).Conclusion Ephedra can significantly reduce serum IFN-γand IL-17 levels and play a therapeutic role in mice with psoriasis vulgaris.
