摘 要:以大庆油田某联合站实际生产流程中的游离水脱除器出油为研究介质,进行了三元复合驱原油、水驱-三元驱混合油、水驱原油的室内电脱水实验,研究了不同类型含水油的电脱水特性以及破乳剂对电脱水特性的影响。结果表明:三元复合驱含水油脱水电场建立困难、脱水电流高,脱水难度远高于混合油和水驱油;单纯提升温度对降低三元含水油脱水电流无明显作用;适当升高温度和延长脱水时间对水驱-三元驱混合油的脱水效果有一定促进作用;适宜的破乳剂可以显著降低三元复合驱原油脱水难度。Using water-content from the oil outlet of the free water knockout in the actual produc-tion process of a combination station in Daqing Oilfield as the research medium,the ASP flooding oil,the water flooding oil and their mixed oil samples are tested by indoor electric dehydration respectively.The electrical dehydration characteristics of different types of water containing crude oil and the influ-ence of demulsifier on the electrical dehydration characteristics are obtained.The results show that it is difficult to establish dehydration electric field in ASP flooding oil,the dehydration current is high,and the difficulty of dehydration is much higher than that of mixed oil and water flooding oil.Simply in-creasing temperature has no obvious effect on reducing the dehydration current of the ASP flooding oil.Properly increasing the temperature and prolonging the dehydration time can promote the dehydration effect of the mixed oil of water and ASP flooding oil.A suitable demulsifier can significantly reduce the difficulty of dehydration of ASP flooding oil.
