摘  要:利用Aspen MUSE软件,以稳态模型数据为基础,对开式天然气膨胀液化工艺系统中的换热器参数进行计算并校核,再以Aspen MUSE计算出的换热器主要参数在Aspen HYSYS软件中搭建出膨胀液化流程的动态模型。利用开式天然气膨胀液化工艺动态仿真模型分析进口压力、进口温度及天然气组分等工况变化对该工艺流程的影响,从而验证液化工艺在调峰工况下的适应性。在研究进口压力、进口温度及甲烷含量对液化工艺的影响中,分别将进口压力、进口温度及甲烷含量作为自变量,分析进口温度、进口压力分别变化5%、10%、15%,甲烷含量为5%和10%时,对液化系统液化率及关键设备效率的影响,结果表明,工艺运行情况和适应性均良好。Based on the steady-state model data,the parameters of the heat exchanger in the open natural gas expansive liquefaction process system are calculated and rechecked by Aspen MUSE,and then the dynamic model of the expansive liquefaction process is built in Aspen HYSYS according to the main parameters of heat exchanger calculated by Aspen MUSE.The dynamic simulation model of the open natural gas expansive liquefaction process is used to analyze the influence of operating conditions such as inlet pressure,inlet temperature,and natural gas composition on the process,thereby verifying the adaptability of the liquefaction process under peak-shaving conditions.The influence of inlet pres-sure,inlet temperature and methane content on the liquefaction process is studied.The inlet pressure,inlet temperature,and methane content are taken as independent variables,and the influence on the liquefaction rate and the efficiency of the key equipment are analyzed when the independent variables are changed by 5%,10%,and 15%,respectively.The results show that the process operates well and has good adaptability.
